FAQ's & Disclaimer

Do my patches come with iron on backing?

Yes - All of my patches have iron on backing, however I do recommend sewing each one for  longer lasting and secure hold.  Not all materials will support the iron on backing.
If you do decide to attempt a iron on technique please review the instructions on how to correctly iron on.  No refunds or exchanges will be given if any patch was burned or damaged after attempting to iron on your material.

Returns & exchanges:

Due to the nature of my products there are NO refunds, NO returns and NO exchanges.  Please be advised all sales are final.

Shipping:

We are not responsible for any delays, lost or mis-delivered packages after items have been received by the USPS.  Customer must handle any situations directly with the USPS with any of the information that was provided by us, for instance the tracking number and date of shipment. 
 
We are not responsible for any wrong address information given by customer.  Customer must notify via email ASAP of correct mailing address but due to volume of orders there is no guarantee address can be changed.
 
If parcel is returned back to us by USPS for any reason, we will wait until received and re-mail out package within 3 working days.  Customer is responsible for postage back out to them.

Please be advised ship times are taking longer than normal due to covid 19 pandmenic and once the shipment is sent out by me it is YOUR responsiblity to follow up with YOUR post office as it is out of my control and nothing I can do on my end. A tracking number will be provided for you at time of shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

International Shipping / Customs and import taxes:

We do ship International, however buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

How long does shipping & processing take:

Most orders process and pack within 3 -5 business days.

When is restocks:

My shop usually opens Friday morning 9am PST depending on product availability and inventory.

Do stickers come free with patch orders?:

All freebie items are while supplies last.  We try to keep in stock so every order does include plenty of freebies but from time to time we run out and can not guarantee with your purchase.  Most of the time when a new patch is released opening weekend the matching sticker will be included.

How fast do you sell out?:

Most products do sell out very quickly but please don't give up and try again on our next restock.  Check out our Instagram story for latest updates and sales.  We invite you to also become a subscriber to our website for exclusive coupon codes and sales.

Wrong shipping / combined orders:

Orders get processed very quickly - you can reach out via email at margaritasbag@gmail.com to change the address but we can not guarantee we are able to respond quick enough due to the volume of emails.  If your item gets returned to me there will be an additional postage charge due to be mailed back to you again.

Please feel free to email me with both order numbers after this has been done, but unfortunately some orders get past me with the amount that I process at one time and I can not guarantee multiple orders can get combined together and your multiple shipping charges be refunded back to you.  Thank you for your understanding.

Gift note / card:

I would be happy to include a gift note to your order if I have not already packed your order.  Please reach out to me via email at margaritasbag@gmail.com after your order has been made and mention the note you'd like to include and your order number.
